Refund policy
RETURNS
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund within one week (7 days) of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags and packaging intact.
To initiate a return, please contact us at limoobykay@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll provide you with instructions on how to return your item.
Please note that we do not offer free returns. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
REFUNDS
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item to ensure it's in the same condition as when it was sent. If everything checks out, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.
EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of the pieces sold, we currently do not offer exchanges.
