This piece is a crochet bonnet, made from chunky yarn, with an added contrasting trim. Bonnets' shape always reminds me of the moon and I regained my creative self while I was walking along the Half Moon Bay and this design was born! 

It works up super quickly, is beginner-friendly, and the variations of color and texture you could use to create one of your own are limitless!

Due to the nature of the design, this pattern comes in one size only with an additional option to make it longer/shorter to fit your head the way you want it.

- super bulky [6] weight yarn (could also opt for three strands of medium [4] weight yarn held together) in two colors (one for the main part, one for the trim and the straps)

- 9 mm [N] crochet hook (or any hook you can achieve gauge with)

- tapestry needle (to sew in ends)
